  1. Fairview Inpatient Cd Treatment

Our services includes assessment and referral, medically supervised withdrawal management, inpatient-to-outpatient treatment, family counseling and aftercare. Inpatient treatment for substance abuse Withdrawal management and medical stabilization are physician-supervised and include nursing care, psychological assessment, a physical exam and a psycho-social interview.

We collect needed information from the referral source, family members and concerned individuals to develop a treatment plan, if necessary. Many clients transfer to Lodging Plus or outpatient care as the next step. Or you may be referred to programs in the community that meet your individual needs. Lodging Plus program Lodging plus is a residential treatment program with room and board in a supportive, supervised environment. This is an alternative to a traditional inpatient program.

Chemical

Typical length of stay is 21 to 28 days. The program includes a second phase with weekly group therapy sessions. Chemical Dependency Treatment for Deaf and Hard of Hearing The Minnesota Chemical Dependency Program for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Individuals is an inpatient substance abuse program located on the West Bank of University of Minnesota Medical Center. Our program follows the Minnesota model, a 12-step philosophy and includes staff fluent in sign language and sensitive to deaf culture. We offer comprehensive assessment services, individual and group therapy in ASL, lectures, workshops, family therapy, occupational and recreational therapy, spirituality group, grief groups, men and women’s groups and aftercare planning.

You can attend interpreted 12-step meetings within the hospital and community and an ASL meeting on the hospital campus. Substance abuse outpatient treatment programs Day and evening outpatient programs Phase 1 Treatment helps you understand the negative affect that substances and chemicals have on your life and relationships. You’ll gain knowledge to help build a positive self-image and develop practical coping skills for recovery and ongoing abstinence. The program provides group therapy, individual counseling, educational workshops and relationship groups.

Groups are available for men and women. Day outpatient meets three to four days a week, two hours a day for 20 sessions. Clients have the opportunity to meet in a one-on-one counseling session. Twin Cities Metro area residents can participate in Phase II treatment weekly group therapy sessions. Evening outpatient meets two to three times a week, two hours an evening for 20 sessions. Concerned persons program meets once a week for 10 to 12 weeks.

Fairview Inpatient Cd Treatment

Phase 2 Recovery is a lifelong process. Your aftercare plan includes weekly group therapy sessions with the primary treatment counselor and meets for 12 weeks.

Referrals are made to community resources as necessary. Phase 3 Growth group is an ongoing, weekly support group run by alumni facilitators. It is designed to offer continued support throughout recovery. Growth group is free to those who have completed Phase II.
